CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?

Funny how we take sound quality for granted until you just can’t hear someone clearly!

VideoConferenceGear.com selected its speaker phones, speakers, audio mixers and components as carefully as we do the cameras!  We test every single product so you don’t have to, and offer everything from a small speaker phone capable of going mobile with your laptop, to complex sound systems from leading manufacturers like Vaddio, Phoenix Audio, Revolabs and more!

We believe BYOD impacts what you put in the conference room too and offer many solutions designed for whatever you bring into your meeting!

An effective conference room audio and video design enables employees to walk into any conference room and use the device and application of their choice to collaborate in the way that best meets their needs. These BYOD-ready conference rooms need to be equipped with an HD video camera, HD display, and high-quality microphones and loudspeakers.

This setup transforms laptops and tablets into profession-grade audio, video, and web collaboration devices. Employees can use any application on their laptop or tablet — white boarding, online meetings, video streaming, browsing web sites, presentations, video conferencing, or audio calls — and be heard and seen loud and clear by all meeting participants.

With a BYOD-ready system, the tablet or laptop connects to a control dock through a USB or HDMI port, which attaches all audio and visual peripherals in the room to that device. The user can then launch the app they want to use, such as a Lync video call or a presentation. By allowing the laptop or tablet to be the collaboration engine, rather than proprietary appliances, employees are able to choose the tools and applications they most want to use. And, it eliminates any potential for interoperability issues. In the BYOD conference room, AV components do not “drive” the system, the users do.

The EasyUSB AudioBRIDGE for integrating professional audio equipment into USB-based PC applications – Unified Communications, lecture capture, recording or any other application that requires professional audio. Existing meeting room audio equipment can now be used with any UC soft client – Microsoft Skype, Zoom.us, Cisco Jabber, Google+, etc.

Equipped with both balanced and unbalanced audio inputs/outputs for maximum flexibility, the AudioBRIDGE easily integrates with external audio mixers, wireless microphones, amplifiers, powered loudspeakers – any audio I/O devices that require USB integration.

The Phoenix Audio line of high quality audio solutions includes the Octopus which is an Audio Conferencing Mixer that gives you crystal clear audio. Using the Octopus allows you the freedom to mount microphones and speakers anywhere in the room (ceiling, walls, and table tops) for professional sound and a sleek look. The Octopus has a high powered DSP and technology that automatically monitors and mixes the audio. Although this may sound complicated we designed it for simple set-up & use, giving you a “set it and forget it” solution.

It comes standard with USB and RCA connectors for VoIP and Video Codec connectivity, with the option of adding a PSTN (analog telephone) interface or a digital telephone interface. The Phoenix Octopus can be ordered with an optional 40 watt, 4-output amplifier for powering speakers.
