Have you been toying with the idea of Video Conferencing ...

Time to get serious

I’ve got a quick question for you … have you ever attended a webinar or talked online via video (Skype or Google Hangouts)?

Most of us have experienced video conferencing (even if we didn’t call it that), but it goes deeper than just being a participant. If you own a business or manage one, you can benefit from video conferencing (and the size of your business doesn't matter, video conferencing is a great tool regardless). There are plenty of good reasons why the popularity of video conferencing has skyrocketed lately.

If you've been toying with the idea, and investigating video conferencing solutions, but cannot quite pull the trigger.

Have you been toying with the idea of Video Conferencing ...

Well, let us give you a little nudge in the right direction - and make a decision that could prove very positive for your company.

Have you ever played “find the empty conference room” game at work? How about when you NEED to have a face-to-face meeting with your client, but travel is out of the question. A phone call just won't do, you need to share some information, or need multiple team members in the meeting.

With video conferencing, you simply stay in your office for the meeting. Really, there is no need for anybody to drive anywhere. And you don’t have to battle it out with colleagues for meeting spaces, at least for one-to-one meetings.  Or, put that functionality in your conference rooms, and include your team.

Think about the flexibility you have when you invest in a quality video conferencing service (and quality video cameras, audio, and applications, like Zoom and Zoom Rooms). With your days filled with meetings and conferences and all the other tasks that go into a day at the office, what happens when you need to reschedule a meeting. When these meetings are remote, then rescheduling is less stressful. You simply find another time to hold your remote meeting and you are good to go. Try rescheduling a meeting when you have clients driving to your office from various locations.

Video Conferencing is not a phone call. It is an immersive communications experience and significantly better than a phone call). Whether it’s in your office, a conference room, or a concert hall, being able to communicate, see faces and reactions, and share documents – that’s what creates the value, for both you and your customer.

You see, you don’t have to be a big company with thousands of clients to benefit from a video conferencing system. Give us a call and we will help offer you a solution.
