Sales & Marketing Positions

Account Manager  Apply

We are looking for an Account Manager in Denver, CO with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales. This position involves working with clients of all sizes from SMB, Enterprise and Education to provide them the right video collaboration services that meet their video, conference room, and online meeting needs. This is a hunter role where you will be tasked with breaking into new prospects while taking on cold leads, warm leads, and inbound leads.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales and product objectives
  • Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required
  • Build and create trusted partner relationships with Zoom sales reps
  • Work closely with Zoom Sales Reps and Zoom Sales Engineers to open opportunities into new accounts
  • Become the trusted advisor and trusted partner within the Zoom office
  • Create client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs
  • Utilize solution-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
  • Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
  • Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Account Manager experience in a Technology company
  • Direct SaaS/ Cloud selling experience
  • SaaS video or web conferencing solutions selling experience preferred
  • Inbound sales experience
  • This position requires the ability to hunt into new accounts, develop and maintain business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations and large projects
  • Demonstrated excellence in presentations skill with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
  • Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn preferred
  • Strong collaboration and relational skills
  • Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required
  • A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & team work
  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred

Inside Account Manager  Apply

We are looking for an Inside Account Manager in Denver, CO with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Inside Sales. This position involves working with clients of all sizes from SMB, Enterprise and Education to provide them the right video collaboration services that meet their video, conference room, and online meeting needs. This is a role is a support role where you will be tasked with supporting Account Managers with the operational side of the sales process. You will also be working with new prospects while taking inbound leads through our sales tools to help customers through the sales process. 

Responsibilities

Operations

  • Quoting, ordering, order tracking, customer follow-up, invoicing, and overall customer success
  • Optimize process and procedures within the organization
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate

Sales

Technical Services Positions

AV Project Engineer/Technician  Apply

We are looking for an Audio Visual Project Engineer/Technician (AV) with high attention to detail. This position is a part of the VideoConferenceGear Professional Services team and involves working with clients to provide them with installation needs to revolutionize conference rooms. This person needs to be a team leader, well organized, and professional. Audio Visual technicians will ensure customer satisfaction by providing great customer service while on customer site along with completing the installations in a quick, clean, and professional manner.  

Responsibilities

  • Manage external activities including all out-sourced or sub-contract work in support of project installation activities. 
  • Coordinate external activities including all out-sourced or sub-contract work in support of project installation activities 
  • Manage and oversee installation budget for department and make recommendations as needed 
  • Perform installation tasks for audio visual projects including but not limited to: pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting TVs, wiring all components, etc. 
  • Use hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors along with various other AV systems related tasks 
  • Field install/trouble shooting support as needed 
  • Act as customer liaison in absence of Project Manager 
  • Monitor and ensure labor expenditures do not exceed budget 
  • Manage on-going engineering to support project as needed 
  • Coordinate field install/trouble shooting support as needed 
  • Coordinate control system programming as needed 
  • Coordinate field testing of integrated systems and training client on use 
  • Assist with project sign off when needed 
  • Coordinate turn-over of project to service department at completion of each project 
  • Travel to various job sites when needed 
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video and control 
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written 
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct installations including climbing ladders and using power tools
  • Lifting of equipment of 50 lbs or more
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities 
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlines 
  • Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner 
  • Minor programming capability (AMX/Creston/Biamp/Kramer) 
  • Travel up to 75% of time
