What payment options are available?
We accept most major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal. If you are issuing a Purchase order and need billing terms, please contact us directly.
How can I send in a purchase order?
You can send it in via email to firstname.lastname@example.org , fax it to use mine? All Net 30 accounts require a hard copy of a PO.
How long does it take to get approved for Net 30?
Normally the process takes about 7-10 business days depending on how quickly your references get back to us. If the order must be processed immediately, you can pay for the first order with another method of payment, such as a credit card. If items are backordered, we cannot order the units until we have received notification that the Net 30 terms have been approved or another form of payment is used instead.
I sent over a PO, when will I get confirmation?
Thank you for your purchase order! You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your Sales Order has been processed. Once you receive an email containing your sales order number, you can log onto our website to check the status.
I am a Net 30 customer with terms. Do I need to send a physical Purchase order?
Yes. Company Policy states you must email in a Purchase Order. This policy is in place to protect both our customers and ourselves from any discrepancies. Including a PO confirms what is being ordered, the price of the item(s) you are ordering and where you would like the item(s) shipped.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order has shipped.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales Tax on Internet Purchase Depends on Where the Buyer is Located
Currently VideoConferenceGear.com charges sales tax for the following states and will be automatically calculated at check out. This list is subject to change without notice. VideoConferenceGear.com follows both Federal and State guidelines for the collection of sales tax.
When will my order arrive?
Typically orders ship within 24 hours of receipt.
Has my order shipped?
We notify you as soon as the order is in route.
Can I track my order?
We try to give out Fedex and UPS information as soon as it’s available so you can track your shipment.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
How will my product be shipped with Free Shipping?
With Free Shipping, your product will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products per our agreement with vendors and business partners. Also, we will follow any US Federal guidelines on products and/or technologies with restrictions. This will be based upon the "ship to" address designated on your order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and include the total weight of the product, plus container.
I should be given Free Shipping per your website. Why am I being charged?
If your order contains items which do not qualify for the free shipping you will be charged the cost to ship those items. In general, Free Shipping is reserved for products shipped within the United States and VideoConferenceGear.com reserves the right to charge shipping for products shipped internationally.
Can I ship it overnight (2nd day, three day, etc)?
Yes, as long as the product is in stock. All express orders, overnight, second day, and three day deliveries placed by telephone must be received by 11:30am Eastern Standard Time in order for us to attempt to ship it out that day.
Can I ship using my FedEx/UPS or DHL Account #?
Yes, please send us an email with your company name, address and account number stating you authorize VideoconferenceGear.com to ship using your account. We will verify your account with the carrier.
Are all your products new on your website new?
Yes, all products on our website are new unless noted. At times we offer specials on Factory Refurbished Items.
How do I get a price quote?
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you wish to receive a quote for. Please include your shipping address in the email for accurate freight costs.
Where is your Company located?
Centennial, Colorado a suburb of Denver however we do ship from our alternate warehouses as well.
How can I check to see what we ordered previously?
You can log into your account by going to My Account section on our website.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
