Ordering from our website is simple. Complete your order via the shopping cart, create an account if you wish or check out as a guest, select your payment and shipping options and place your order.

Register an account: Registering for an account is the fastest way to purchase from VideoConferenceGear.com.  It also provides you with all site functionality when ordering from our site.

Checkout as a guest: We also allow you to purchase without registering, all you need to do, is add products to your shopping cart, and purchase as a guest.  You will be asked for all your information each time you purchase, no information is saved regarding any purchases.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

The quick answer is YES. Many of our customers use our website to research products and "add" these products to a shopping cart.  It is an easy way to capture product information, product/part numbers, quantity, etc.  If you would rather purchase via a Purchase Order, please contact us and we will walk you through the process to purchase your products "offline".

 

How can I send in a purchase order?

You can send it in via email to sales@videoconferencegear.com .  If you prefer to FAX your purchase orders, please contact us for our FAX information. All Net 30 accounts require a hard copy of a PO.

 

How long does it take to get approved for Net 30?

Normally the process takes about 7-10 business days depending on how quickly your references get back to us. If the order must be processed immediately, you can pay for the first order with another method of payment, such as a credit card. If items are backordered, we cannot order the units until we have received notification that the Net 30 terms have been approved or another form of payment is used instead.

 

I sent over a PO, when will I get confirmation? 

Thank you for your purchase order! You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your Sales Order has been processed. Once you receive an email containing your sales order number, you can log onto our website to check the status.

 

I am a Net 30 customer with terms. Do I need to send a physical Purchase order?

Yes. Company Policy states you must email in a Purchase Order. This policy is in place to protect both our customers and ourselves from any discrepancies. Including a PO confirms what is being ordered, the price of the item(s) you are ordering and where you would like the item(s) shipped.
