Clear coverage from the start.

Your proposal identifies covered rooms and equipment, service hours, response commitments, maintenance frequency, included work, and pricing. Service depends on system eligibility, access, and location. Existing support agreements and manufacturer coverage are reviewed before new coverage is recommended.

Hardware, replacement parts, shipping, manufacturer subscriptions, formal training, major programming, rewiring, and system changes are separately scoped unless expressly included. Additional work requires authorization. Continuous monitoring is not part of the core service described here.

A few things to know

Clear expectations.
Practical support.

Coverage starts with a documented room and agreed scope. We review existing service agreements and manufacturer coverage before recommending a plan.

Talk through your setup ↗
Do we need to buy new equipment?

We begin with the systems you already own. Recommendations may include adjustments, repairs, user guidance, or targeted upgrades. Any equipment purchase is quoted separately.

Can you assess equipment installed by someone else?

Existing systems can be considered after an initial scope review. Access, documentation, device support status, and system complexity determine what can be assessed and covered.

Where is onsite service available?

Onsite assessments and maintenance are quoted by location. We confirm service availability, the contracted service area, and any travel charges before scheduling.

What happens during scheduled maintenance?

Depending on the covered system and agreed scope, care can include accessible equipment and cable checks, functional tests, approved updates, routine adjustments, and a customer walkthrough. The proposal defines the visit frequency and included work.

What kind of user assistance is available?

Basic operating guidance and brief refresher assistance can be included during covered sessions or visits. Formal training, repeated sessions, and custom training materials are separately scoped unless included in your proposal.

How is support priced?

Pricing reflects your covered rooms, system complexity, locations, maintenance schedule, access requirements, and support commitments. Your proposal states the price and any included labor or separately billed services.

What if we already have a support agreement?

We review your existing coverage first. Your current agreement governs its covered systems, services, and terms. Any proposed change is discussed and documented separately.

What is outside routine support and maintenance?

Hardware purchases, replacement parts, shipping, manufacturer subscriptions, major programming, redesign, new cabling, room moves, tenant or calendar administration, formal training, and after-hours work are separately scoped unless expressly included. Continuous monitoring is not included in the core offering.
