AVer MT500 NDI Matrix Auto Tracking Box | PAT0MT500
The AVer MT500 is a standalone multi-camera matrix tracking box built for professional AV systems that need automated camera selection and voice tracking without relying on a separate PC for recording. It is a strong fit when a room requires coordinated coverage from multiple cameras, along with flexible distribution to displays, streaming workflows, and remote participants.
Use it in larger, more complex spaces such as lecture halls, divisible rooms, boardrooms, and government chambers. The MT500 can be rack-mounted or installed under a table, in a podium, or behind a display; plan the system around supported AVer cameras and microphone integrations for Auto Mode voice tracking, since third-party cameras are limited to Live and Manual modes.

Licensing, Warranty & Support
No ongoing subscription is required for core MT500 operation. PTZ Link Premium is built in and activated for supported voice-tracking deployments. A Dante license is required if Dante is enabled. The MT500 supports Device Utility, Room Management, Enterprise Management, Cloud Management, and MT Control Panel, but confirm Cloud Management commercial terms if that service is part of the deployment. AVer includes a 5-year warranty and provides manuals, firmware, software resources, product registration, technical-support requests, and RMA resources.

Common Questions
Can the MT500 produce separate local and remote feeds at the same time?
Yes. Its two independent outputs can deliver different feeds simultaneously through HDMI, USB, and IP, such as an in-room display feed plus a recording, streaming, or remote-participant feed.
Can it record without an external PC?
Yes. The MT500 records to USB 2.0 local storage or a NAS at up to 1080p30 in MP4, MOV, or FLV formats.
Can it use non-AVer cameras?
Yes, but only in Live and Manual modes. Auto Mode voice tracking and camera control are not supported with third-party cameras, and their performance is not guaranteed.
Is Microsoft Teams certification available?
Not yet. Microsoft Teams certification is in progress, so the MT500 should not be specified as a Teams-certified appliance at this time.
What does the MT500 include in the box?
It includes the MT500, power adapter and cord, cable-fixing plate, cable ties, installation hardware, rack-mount brackets, two USB 3.0 Type-A-to-Type-B cables, an 8-pole Phoenix Combicon connector, and a quick-start guide.
