MeetUp is best suited to rooms with up to six participants, or up to eight when paired with the optional Expansion Mic. It connects to a computer or laptop over USB and can work with most video conferencing applications, but the room computer, display, conferencing service, and USB 3.0 cable required for 4K video must be provided separately.

Compatibility
- Meeting and collaboration platforms: Connects by USB to a Windows, macOS, or Chrome OS computer running the conferencing application; Logitech documents operation with most video conferencing applications and cloud services.
- Operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11 or later; the two most recent macOS versions; and Chrome OS version 29.0.1547.70 or higher.
- Room-system requirements: A computer or laptop is required for USB operation. A display or TV can be driven by the connected computer, but MeetUp does not connect directly to a TV.

Licensing, Warranty & Support
No subscription is required to operate the camera. Logitech Select is an optional service plan for support, product replacement, and Sync functionality; it is not required for basic operation. Any Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or other conferencing-service license required by the deployment must be supplied separately, along with the room computer or laptop and display. A 2-year limited hardware warranty is included.
