The Verkada GW31-E Outdoor Wi-Fi Gateway makes it easier to deploy Verkada devices in locations where running network cable is difficult, expensive, or impractical. Designed for outdoor perimeter environments such as parking lots, gates, fence lines, school campuses, outdoor yards, and remote building areas, the GW31-E connects to an available Wi-Fi access point and delivers both network connectivity and PoE power to downstream Verkada devices.

Purpose-built for Verkada deployments, the GW31-E helps organizations expand security coverage without trenching cable or relying on recurring cellular data plans. The gateway is managed through the Verkada Command platform, giving teams centralized visibility into connectivity, device status, diagnostics, alerts, traffic history, power usage, and remote troubleshooting.

Because the GW31-E is managed through Verkada Command, IT and security teams can monitor gateway performance without physically visiting the install location. Teams can view live and historical traffic, monitor power usage, receive alerts if connectivity is lost, and remotely power cycle the gateway or connected devices.
