The Huddly Crew Add-On Camera L1 lets you expand your existing Huddly Crew multi-camera system to cover larger meeting spaces with ease. Simply connect an additional L1 camera to your Crew Ethernet switch, and the system automatically discovers and integrates it — no configuration or calibration required. With support for up to five cameras total, you can scale your Huddly Crew setup to handle everything from medium conference rooms to large boardrooms and flexible collaboration spaces.
Seamless Expansion with Zero Configuration
Adding a camera to your Huddly Crew system couldn't be simpler. Plug the Add-On Camera L1 into an available port on your Crew Ethernet switch, and the system handles the rest. The camera is immediately recognized and incorporated into Huddly Director’s AI-powered shot selection — no presets, no manual setup, no loss in processing power. With AI processing built directly into each camera, expanding the system doesn't compromise performance.
Premium 6K Image Quality
Like every camera in the Huddly Crew system, the Add-On Camera L1 features a 1-inch CMOS sensor with 20.3 megapixels and a 6K image sensor, delivering sharp, detailed video of every participant. The 103° diagonal field of view and up to 5x digital zoom provide comprehensive room coverage, while advanced image processing — including dynamic light optimization, automatic white balance, and real-time dewarping — ensures a natural, true-to-life picture in any lighting condition.
AI-Directed Meeting Experience
Once connected, the Add-On Camera L1 becomes a fully integrated part of the Huddly Director experience. In Speaker Mode, the system identifies and focuses on the active speaker for formal presentations. In Collaboration Mode, it switches between speakers and listener reactions to create an engaging, broadcast-quality meeting flow. The more cameras in the system, the deeper the coverage and the more dynamic the experience for remote participants.
Built for Flexibility
The compact aluminum body features a 180° image auto-flip, making it equally suited for wall mounting, shelf placement, or ceiling installation. Position the camera to capture faces from the best angle, and let the AI handle the rest. With no moving mechanical parts, all pan, tilt, and zoom adjustments happen digitally — smoothly, silently, and instantly.
Requires Huddly Crew Base System
The Add-On Camera L1 is designed to work within an existing Huddly Crew setup (sold separately as the Huddly Crew 3x L1 with Wall Mounts kit, part number 7090043790894). The base system includes the Ethernet switch, USB adapter, and initial three cameras needed to get started.
