Optional Pulse Plus adds priority email support, while Pulse Pro adds extended warranty and replacement coverage for covered equipment during the purchased term. Neat lists 1-, 3-, and 5-year Plus and Pro options for Neat Pad. The standard Neat limited manufacturer warranty is one year from original purchase. Neat support resources cover setup, network and firewall planning, PoE, Wi-Fi, additional-controller deployment, and Microsoft Teams pairing.
